Sugar Beach Condos - Unit A9 - 4 Bedrooms 3 Baths

Maximum occupancy ten (10) people. All guests must register at Sugar Beach Condominium Office. The Association Registration Fee is $20.00 per vehicle payable with credit card at check-in. You will be issued a parking pass(s) which must be visible within the vehicle at all times while on the premises. Cars may be towed if car pass is not visible. Two vehicles allowed and you must furnish your vehicle's make, model, and license plate number. No trailers, boats, or motor homes are allowed in the parking lot. You will also be furnished ID armbands that must be worn by all when on the premises. Any guests who breaks the rules may be asked to leave the premises by the office staff at Sugar Beach.

Reservations & Payments: One Half (50%) of your total rental payment is required at reservation time for weekly and multi-day rentals. The balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date. Personal checks drawn on a US Bank, Cashier's Check, Pay Pal, and Venmo are all accepted. Reservations will be held until 5:00 P. M. on the scheduled arrival date unless previous arrangements have been made. No refunds for early departures. There will be a $250 cleaning fee per stay. A 13% State and Local Tax HAS BEEN INCLUDED in your quoted rate.

Cancellation Policy: NO REFUNDS without a 14 day written notice on Weekly and Multi-day reservations.

Weather Policy: Refunds are not available for undesirable weather conditions or tropical storms. HURRICANE POLICY: If you are currently on the property at the time Officials announce for all to evacuate Panama City Beach, Florida, UNUSED days will be refunded.

Damages: Owners are not responsible for damages to or loss of personal property or vehicles.

No Pets! Renters are not allowed to stay with pets in Unit A9

No groups of students or groups under the age of 25 unless accompanied by parents or legal guardian.

Check in 3:00 PM CST. Check out 10:00 AM CST. Check in at 3:00 PM CST is not guaranteed, especially on high volume days during the peak season. No refunds or adjustments due to this situation.

ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE ARMBANDS. Replacement armbands; $5.00 each. POOL RULES: Please observe all posted pool rules. Hours are 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Please be careful as there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or the beach. Swim at your own risk. All children 3 and under are required to wear swim diapers. Infant floats and water noodles are the only flotation devices allowed in the pools. These items are to be rinsed before placing them in the pools. No ball throwing allowed. Absolutely NO GLASS OR PETS are allowed on the pool deck! Also, please note that our noise ordinance is strictly enforced after 10:00 p.m. ** TOWELS DO NOT RESERVE CHAIRS!** OUTDOOR GRILLING PROCEDURES: NO GRILLS ALLOWED. Due to fire hazards, no open fires of any kind are permitted on patios or balconies. There are several grills available by the clubhouse. Grills are first come first serve and the user is responsible for clean-up. Sugar Beach is not responsible for any damages or injuries related to grilling. NO PETS IN GRILL AREA. PARKING POLICY: Parking passes are required for all vehicles in our parking lot. Only 2 vehicles per unit are permitted to park on Sugar Beach property. All unauthorized, incorrectly parked, and inoperable vehicles will be towed! All parking is at the vehicle owner's risk. The Association is not responsible for vehicles or their contents while on site. TRASH DISPOSAL: Trash dumpsters are located in numerous locations on the Sugar Beach parking lot. Please put your trash in the trash dumpsters. DO NOT LITTER! If dumpster is full, please use one of the other 3 dumpsters located on property. POND: DO NOT FISH, SWIM, WADE OR GET INTO THE POND. DO NOT TRY TO CATCH POND ANIMALS WITH NETS. Failure to follow the pond rules could lead to immediate removal from the property with NO REFUND. PETS: All pets must be on a leash at all times when outside Bay County ordinance. All guests are responsible for picking up after their pets. Pet stations are available on the property. Pets CANNOT be left outside unattnded; pets CANNOT be tethered through the door. Makeshift enclosures of any kind for the containment of your pets outside of the condo is prohibited. Aggressive breed dogs are not allowed on Sugar Beach Property. Failure to follow the pet rules listed above could lead to immediate eviction. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING OFF OF THE BALCONIES or HANG TOWELS FROM RAILINGS! Be aware, that throwing any item, including Cigarette Butts, is considered a third-degree felony in the state of Florida. SUGAR BEACH WILL EVICT GROUPS THAT IMPAIR THE SAFETY AND COMFORT OF OWNERS & GUESTS! SUGAR BEACH CONDOMINIUMS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST ITEMS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS OR VEHICLES!
